MISSION

ALL IN SPORTS FOUNDATION expands access to meaningful career pathways in sports for students from communities with limited exposure to professional opportunities. Through education, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we help students discover possibilities beyond playing the game and equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and connections to pursue their future.

LONG-TERM VISION

To become the leading pipeline connecting students to careers in sports by expanding access, exposure, and professional development opportunities that create lasting impact in communities across Arizona and, ultimately, throughout the country.

THE PROBLEM

Many students have a passion for sports but little exposure to the careers that exist beyond being an athlete. Access to industry professionals, workplace experiences, mentorship, and career guidance is often limited. More than 80% of hiring managers report that today's high school graduates are not adequately prepared for the workforce, highlighting the need for meaningful career exploration and real-world experiences.

ALL ACCESS is the flagship student development program of ALL IN SPORTS FOUNDATION. Designed to expand access and opportunity, the program provides students with direct exposure to the people, places, and professions that make the sports industry operate.

The inaugural ALL ACCESS pilot program will serve a small cohort of high school students through a structured experience focused on career exploration within the sports industry, professional development workshops, mentorship from industry professionals, behind-the-scenes access to collegiate and professional sports environments, networking and relationship-building opportunities, and career pathway planning and next-step guidance.

Students will gain a broader understanding of the sports industry, develop valuable professional connections, and leave with a clearer vision for their future beyond the playing field.

LEADERSHIP

Jordan Jackson
Founder & Executive Director

Jordan Jackson is an accomplished Athletic Performance professional with more than a decade of experience in collegiate athletics. He currently serves as Associate Director of Performance for Men's Basketball at Grand Canyon University and previously held Athletic Performance positions with UCLA Basketball and the University of California, Berkeley. Through ALL IN SPORTS FOUNDATION, he is committed to creating opportunities that help students gain access to careers in sports beyond the playing field.
